Coordination Board Policy – Approval of Articles

The articles for each new issue are approved following the objective and unbiased review by the independent reviewers. The reviewers recommend certain articles for the next issue of the journal and the editorial board may approve or reject the same (collective decision-making with regard to printing). The coordination and editorial boards build their relationship with the authors of manuscripts on the principles of accessibility, promptitude and open dialogue regarding the fate of materials supplied to the journal and tolerance to the scholarly opinion of each author (the editorial board does not necessarily share but does respect the scholarly opinion of the author of the printed piece). The coordination board is working to maximize the protection of intellectual property and the associated rights and guarantees the originality of scholarly articles printed on the pages of its journal.
